2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Minister for Children and Social Care and Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing, the Director General, Health/ NHS Executive, Deputy Chief Executive NHS Wales, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Social Care officer for Wales.

2.2 The Ministers agreed to provide data on:-

-The local authority responses regarding unpaid carers & carers’ assessments

-Specific data on oncologist training

-The Sanctuary model (mental health)

-NHS recovery and planned care funding – a summary of the funding that was promised; how much was allocated each year of this Senedd; how much was actually spend; and what difference it made to waiting times

-Details of Powys residents waiting longer than two years for treatment, as per the Patient Tracking List

-Details of the Rutherford Cancer Centre, including the site and the unused equipment

-Consultant contracts – details of the ratio of NHS to private sessions
